Prediction: 'Undone Glam' Will Be the Look of 2017

Fresh skin, minimalistic makeup, and natural hair colors are huge beauty trends at the moment.

But no matter how trendy a bare face may be, sometimes you really just want to go full glam. Can there be a happy marriage between the two? Is it possible?

Yes, yes it is. And we're calling it the 'Undone Glam' look.

Essentially, it is created by selecting a few areas to highlight, leaving others natural (or 'undone' as you will). The result is a look that is understated yet pretty, ideal for parties or anniversaries.

Leaving hair un-styled will prevent you from looking too made-up, so simply wash and the run a lightweight serum through the ends to keep them soft.

Keeping your skin fresh and dewy with a tinted moisturizer and minimal powder will help subtle false lashes and a dab of red lipstick pop. You'll look glam-ed up, without being cake-y, which is always the goal.

Try some individual false lashes:

Slip dresses are the key to looking subtly sexy. An unstructured gown says "I just threw this cozy thing on, yet I still look unbearably glamorous."

One you can afford:

All these elements come together for a perfectly un-perfect look.

But of course, if you feel like caking on the makeup and busting out your glitziest dress, that's okay too.
