Blake Lively's Body Is Different After Two Kids, and That's Fine by Her

Blake Lively is a very successful actress, an excellent source of fashion inspiration—and our new body-positive warrior.

Lively, 29, who gave birth to her second child in September, spoke to E! at a L'Oreal Paris Galentine's Day event earlier in the week about the effect of two pregnancies on her body.

"It's all a process," she said.

"You know, after the second kid it's really different. So this is not my normal body, but I like it."

The actress, who is mom to James, 2, and Ines, five months, with husband Ryan Reynolds, said it's all about confidence, which she has to work hard to achieve. "I'm learning to love my body in every iteration," she said.

It's not the first time Lively's been so down to earth. During her first gym visit post-birth, she shared a photo of herself hiding from her trainer.

We've all been there, Lively.

While at the Galentine's Day event—which Lively didn't just attend, she planned the whole thing—she was asked what romantic plans her and Reynolds had for Valentine's Day.

Her answer? "I actually already celebrated Valentine’s Day with my husband because he was so excited."

Admitted Lively, "I wasn’t prepared. He's a much better wife than me."

His present to her? One diamond earring, for a cool $1,700.

"I love this because it's also like Valentine's Day, it's an arrow," Lively told Elle at the event.

"Cupid got me very bad with him. I have it very, very bad for my husband, so it's a nice representation of that for me. That's why I loved it."
